Product Warranty

Epoch Upgrades warrants all products that it ships to be free of defects for the duration of the applicable warranty period (varies by product type). Should your product fail within the warranty period (for any reason not mentioned in the exclusions) we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost. Warranties are valid for the original purchase only and are not transferable. If we do not have the same replacement item in stock, we will replace it with an item equivalent in function and value throughout the eligible warranty period.

Hard Drives/Solid State drives

Type of warranty: Replacement

Duration: 3 years

 

Controller Cards/HBA adapters

Type of warranty: Replacement

Duration: 3 years

 

RAM Modules

Type of warranty: Replacement

Duration: Limited Lifetime

 

Warranty Exclusions

This limited hardware warranty does not cover:

  • Non Epoch-branded products and accessories
  • Problems that result, directly or indirectly, from:
    • External causes such as accidents, abuse, misuse or problems with electrical power.
    • Servicing not authorized by Epoch Upgrades.
    • Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.
  • Products with missing or altered service tags or serial numbers
  • Normal wear and tear

 

Please register your product at https://epochupgrades.com/warranty-registration. Fill out all required fields to help us easily identify you and your product. Once this is submitted you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that your warranty has been validated.

 

If you have a defective product and need to make a  warranty claim, please contact us via email at info@epochupgrades.com. Once the claim is approved for replacement (which can take up to 24 hours) you will receive detailed instructions for returning the defective item(s) and your replacement product will ship once the defective item(s) have been returned to Epoch

 

Should you require an advance replacement (before defective item(s) are returned) you must provide a credit card authorization to cover the advance replacement product. In the event that the defective product is not returned to Epoch Upgrades within 30 days your card will be charged for the full amount of the replacement.
